Can I pay with credit card?

Yes. Please note that there is a 3% cc processing fee for all payments made using credit cards online and in-store.

How often should water be replaced?

We recommend changing out the water in your vase every 2-3 days. Clean and cold water is best.

When should I add flower food?

We advise when first placing your flowers in water.

What can I do to make my flowers last longer?

We advise that you make sure there are no leaves in the water and keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight and drafts. We also recommend changing the water (every 2-3 days) and trimming the stems 1 inch at a 45-degree angle (every time the water is changed)

When are deliveries made?

Daily Between 12pm-5pm. All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Sat are able to be delivered the same day.

What if no one is home to receive?

If the recipient is not at the delivery location our delivery driver will place it in a safe spot and take a picture of it. We are not responsible for theft/damage due to climate temperatures and or weather if no one is able to receive the flowers.

Care instructions after receiving.

Please place the flowers directly into cold water so they can hydrate, Follow the care instructions on the note attached to the bouquet. Add the flower to the vase of your choosing and enjoy!

This was created to make your life easier, so our aim is that it is easy and flexible for you.

Can I customize my subscription?

If there's a color you dislike or a specific flower length you prefer, just let us know. Not a fan of orange? Must have pink? Share your preferences, and we'll adjust accordingly. Also, if your vase needs a 10-inch bouquet, simply let us know, and we'll trim the stems to fit.

How long am I signing up for?

You are committing to four orders in exchange for 25% discount off your initial order, after that enjoy $10 off each bouquet. Once you have completed four orders you have the flexibility to pause or cancel. If any issues arise within the four orders, feel free to contact us.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed based on the frequency you choose, such as weekly, bi-weekly, etc., starting from the date you signed up.

When will I get my flowers?

If you are a pickup subscriber, you will be sent an email to choose your preferred day for pickup during that week. For delivery subscribers, your order will be scheduled according to your neighborhood zone day.

How do I get my flowers?

You can either pick them up at our shop from Tuesday to Saturday or have them delivered to your door!

What day do you deliver to my neighborhood?

We will assign you based on your specific location. In general:

  • Wednesdays are for North Miami and Aventura
  • Thursdays are designated for Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, South Miami and The Grove.
  • Fridays are for the surrounding areas nearest to the shop, Miami Beach, Brickell, and Key Biscayne.

If you have a particular preference, feel free to let us know, and we will try our best to accommodate it!

What happens if I go out of town?

Don't worry, you have the option to skip or change your next billing date. For longer trips or extended breaks, you can pause your subscription for a maximum of three months.

Can I rack up subscription charges and use them for something else?

Yes and no. You can accumulate a maximum of two subscription charges, after that no charges will occur until your flowers are delivered. For instance, you cannot accumulate six subscription charges and then use them towards a holiday event order.

Are there any black out dates?

During important dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, we will contact subscribers regarding pickup/delivery options. These messages will typically be sent several days before or after the event, rather than on the actual date.

How do I manage my subscription? Do you keep my credit card number?

You can access your subscription through a portal once you sign up. Rest assured, we do not store your credit card details.
